First Tuesday Circle of Giving
Being of service to the broader community has also become part of our expanding vision. In December 2006, we integrated into our mission a collective commitment to manifest one social service project each year. We’ve called it “First Tuesday Circle of Giving”, which has been approved for 501-C3 Non-Profit status. The goal is for each of our chapters to choose ways to be of service to women, children, and families who we witness not only to be in need but who are so worthy of our community’s support. Between member contributions and fundraising efforts, our intention is to create a pool of financial resources readily and steadily available to provide us the ability to extend our support to chosen families and/or organizations each year.
Every year, each chapter forms a FTCOG Steering Committee which comes together to coordinate and facilitate our projects. This “social service” aspect is part of what makes “First Tuesday USA and it’s affiliated chapters much more than just a networking organization amongst women. Beyond professional networking and the forging of social bonds & friendship…..generosity and reciprocity is the spirit of “First Tuesday”.
MISSION STATEMENT
- We support the Empowerment of Women by providing aid to women, children, and families both locally and globally.
- Through our Home Improvement, Gift & Grant, and Mentoring Programs, we support women to support themselves.
- We believe that it is the investment and belief in mothers, sisters and daughters that will lead to greater transformation for their children, their children’s children, and the entire planet.

Donations:
Your donation ensures that our non-profit keeps going, giving, and thriving. We hope to build up a reserve so that we are prepared to be able to give spontaneous gifts when the opportunity arises, as well as contribute to college funds etc.
